Delta provides nutrition and workout tracking tools, including AI-assisted estimates. These are for general wellness and informational purposes only.

Delta is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 to use Delta.
Subscriptions & payment
Delta Pro is sold and billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play under their terms. Renewals, changes, and cancellations are managed through your Apple or Google account — see Manage subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Delta.
