Who we are
Delta (“we”, “us”) is operated via 4food.ro. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Delta app and website, why, and your rights over it.
Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, and profile details you provide.
- Health & fitness data — food logs, workouts, weight, and goals you enter.
- Photos — meal images you submit for AI analysis (processed to estimate nutrition).
- Usage & device data — app interactions and technical diagnostics.
How we use it
- To provide core features: logging, plans, and progress tracking.
- To generate AI nutrition estimates from meal photos and descriptions.
- To improve, secure, and support the service.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run Delta (e.g. hosting, AI processing), under agreements limiting their use. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Use the in-app tools or email privacy@4food.ro. See Account for export and deletion.
Retention & security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account-deletion request, except where law requires otherwise. We use encryption in transit and appropriate safeguards.
