Manage your subscription
Delta Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play — so you upgrade, change, or cancel it right from your Apple or Google account. Here’s exactly how.
- 1 Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- 2 Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- 3 Select Delta from the list.
- 4 Change your plan, or tap Cancel Subscription to stop renewals.
- 1 Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2 Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- 3 Select Delta.
- 4 Change your plan, or tap Cancel subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies — we can’t issue them directly. Request one via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play.
Restore a purchase
New phone or reinstalled Delta? Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchases.
